Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

Q. What does Kacey do to ensure I will be satisfied with my purchase?

A. Your order will be 100% correct, and arrive intact and in factory fresh condition… thanks to the Kacey Fine Furniture Satisfaction Guarantee.

Apart from the manufacturer's warranty and fabric protection warranty, Kacey Fine Furniture offers a 1-year, in-home warranty with our in-home delivery service.* This covers materials, workmanship, and manufacturing defects. Return shipping to the manufacturer is a FREE service offered by Kacey, even though most manufacturers normally add freight charges.

* For the do-it-yourself types who don't want the protection that comes with Kacey Fine Furniture's delivery service, we offer same day customer pick-up. The free, one-year, in-home warranty is not available with this option. If you return the item to our warehouse during its warranty period, we will repair any defects in workmanship or manufacturing at no extra charge. Or, upon your request, we'll send one of our service technicians to your home at a cost of $75 per hour. Special value items and items sold as-is are not included.

Repairs

Q. My young son cut a large hole in our sofa. Is there any way you can repair it?

A. Yes, there is. We have a team of in-home repair service Master Technicians (three wood and three upholstery experts) who come out to customer's homes within 3 to 5 days and repair any problems. This service is yours at the low cost of only $75 per hour plus the cost of materials. Parts for each customer repair visit are pulled and loaded in the van the day before each service call. 75% of the parts required for in-home repairs (door hinges, shelf clips, glides, knobs, handles, etc… ) are in stock. In the event we need to order a part to repair your piece, delivery time from our manufacturers averages three weeks.
